Do you have strong coaching skills and technical experience? Would you like to help set the direction for local learning and development activities in LEGO® Operations? Coaching, training and facilitating learning activities Working in the Learning Center, which is a support function for LEGO® Manufacturing sites, you will work with learning, competence development and progression of hourly workers. Your key areas of responsibility include: Ensuring local alignment and governance of learning principles, processes and tools in line with the global learning and development direction Supporting and developing the mind-set of trainers locally and facilitating the training process Coaching and constructively communicating the benefits and investment aspects of training with local managers to ensure buy in of the learning activities Ensuring continuous development and innovation of learning approaches High quality through learning You will join the Learning Center, HR Manufacturing Billund. Robust and technically minded with a desire to work with HR In this position, you get to use your people skills and technical experience in order to coach and train others, and with your robust mind-set, you are able to embrace and work with all types of people. Additionally, we imagine that you: Have +2 years of HR experience working with learning and development combined with experience within moulding or from a technical position from e.g. mould manufacturing Have an academic degree in HR, Organisation, Business or similar would be an advantage Are a great coach with the ability to ensure buy in through dialogue with managers Are looking forward to travelling 4-5 times per year, approximately 20-25 days, to support learning centers in Mexico, China, Czech Republic and Hungary Join the global family of LEGO® In the LEGO® Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
