Description Global Director of Knowledge and Learning Sitecore is looking for a Director of Knowledge and Learning to join our Global Enablement Services Team. The Knowledge and Learning Director will be working in close collaboration with business leaders across Sitecore and will oversee the development of a cross-functional Knowledge and Learning department to drive high quality, relevant learning materials to our partners and customers. The goal is to supply a relevant learning experience across multiple channels and in context to what and when the user needs it, based on re-usable content. This is a remarkably exciting challenge as the position is newly established and therefore leaves room to influence and shape the position and strategy. The Director of Knowledge and Learning will report to the Global VP Enablement Services and lead the educational services team (12 reports). Location: Any Sitecore office in Europe or US. Role Summary: •Be instrumental in forming the transition of Sitecore learning from pillars of educational channels such as training courses, documentation, knowledge bases, communities into one coherent and contextual relevant learning experience for our customers and partners across multiple channels. •Set up and oversee the Knowledge and Learning strategy and programs to support the global business units •Lead and manage the educational services team responsible for Knowledge and Learning •Accountable for the execution side of the global educational services working with local service leaders, trainers, training managers & coordinators. Success KPIs on customer satisfaction, adoption, bookings, and trainer utilization. •You will establish policies, processes, and frameworks related to knowledge and learning best practices and govern consistent and effective training programs on a global basis •You will oversee, manage, and implement global training initiatives and partner with global departments and line of business leaders to obtain feedback or recommendations in training gaps The successful candidate will: •Have experience with building a knowledge and learning business unit in global context. Preferably within the IT / software industry •Have a strong background in knowledge and learning discipline and theory and the ability to relate to practical business application and efficient implementations •Have experience with knowledge and educational services across various platforms such as classrooms, e-learning, communities, knowledge bases, etc. •Have the ability to drive learning as both a commercial and value-adding business. •Be very well-versed in dealing with stakeholders across functions such as education, sales, marketing, services, and finance. •Have strong leadership and people management skills •Thrive in an international, high-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial business and working environment •Preferably have a Degree in Learning or Instructional Design •Have fluent proficiency in English both verbally and in writing How to apply Please submit your CV and Cover as soon as possible as we are reviewing CV on a continuous basis.
