Solution Architect driving the IT Architecture for Front Office CRM

Front Office CRM within Nordea Retail Banking is looking for a solution architect with a solid background and preferably a track record of delivering sustainable architectural solutions with superior quality. The position we offer Retail Banking, Front Office CRM, in Nordea is looking for a solution architect with experience in development, Proof Of Concepts and off course IT architecture preferably within at least two of these areas: Backend, Frontend or Midtier. You will be responsible for driving the as-is IT landscape and together with our Domain architect, setting directions for the future development. You’ll also be involved in guiding our developers as well as implement and govern architectural principles and best practices. You will be working closely with your IT colleagues, our business partners and other relevant stakeholders in order to secure important factors for both business and IT and their impact on our architecture. We will also expect you to solve isolated Proof Of Concept development tasks. You will be working with together with a team of highly skilled colleagues. Our profiles are a mix of test managers, analysts, Java and mainframe developers. We have deep knowledge of CMS and broad knowledge of the business processes we support. We benefit from the dynamics of many years in Nordea and experience from outside. The position is located in Høje Tåstrup The qualifications you need We are looking for a profile with experience as a solution architect and/or lead developer. You have the ability to drive tasks within own area, see things in the bigger perspective, as well as the will to set the direction and motivate your colleagues to use new technology. We also expect you to search for and keep track of latest development and trends in order to deliver efficient solutions with high quality and a solid foundation for future development. The ideal candidate: •Takes responsibility and is pro-active in your daily work •Is passionate about technology and always look for improvements •Actively seek knowledge to build your competence, thrive on challenges and contribute to a great working environment. •Is fluent in English, spoken and written Experience and/or a background as a senior IT developer an advantage.
