For our Energy Sector in Denmark we are looking for an Internal Project Manager, Business Improvement in the area of Wind Power UNA(UK, North of Europe and APAC) Onshore at the earliest opportunity. What are my responsibilities? · Analyzing business performance interfaces and processes within EMEA ON to identify improvement needs and improvement potential. · Leading and driving improvement projects along all phases from idea generation through implementation. Leading cross-functional project teams. · Coordinating, monitoring and controlling implementation of project results (quantitative and qualitative results) and process improvements. · Documentation and communication of project status and progress to management. · Ensuring knowledge transfer and experience sharing between functions and locations. What do I need to qualify for this job? · University degree in e.g. engineering, technology management, business administration or similar studies. · Several years of experience in the area of project management. · Intercultural experience / working experience in international teams. · Analytical skills, result and quality orientation and the ability to focus. · Communication skills. · Fluent in English, German and other additional language skills would be a plus. · Wide knowledge in MS office.
