Join the Product Launch team within the Channel Marketing department and get a chance to make a difference. We are a team of 9 marketing specialists, who are responsible for managing campaigns related to launch and relaunch of Grundfos products on a global scale. We work with both traditional and digital marketing platforms with a move towards digital solutions. You refer to Senior Marketing Manager Peter Storgård Madsen. ”We are a relatively young team, but we have many years of combined experience from a truly global organisation. You will work alongside an experienced marketing professional, and this gives you the opportunity to learn and grow your skills, while managing your own independent tasks”, Peter explains. What is the job about? As a marketing coordinator, you support and coordinate international marketing activities and initiatives. In doing so, you assist one of our marketing project managers in delivering projects of high quality, on time and on budget. Moreover, you will act as marketing coordinator on specific projects and be responsible for defined activities within the framework of these projects. Your key responsibilities will be to coordinate the execution of marketing activities, including delivering, editing and optimising marketing materials. Moreover, you deliver master elements ready for use via multiple marketing channels, e.g. an English master version of specific marketing material to be used in various countries. In doing so, you also help ensure that the material follows the Grundfos brand guidelines. “You will enter into a complex matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders. However, with your solid coordination skills and your natural curiosity, you will learn a lot about the marketing concept- and development process and make an important contribution to our team,” Peter says. What do you need to apply? You have a relevant degree from a business school or university with a focus on marketing or market communications, e.g. B.Com., B.Sc. or a master’s degree. Perhaps you have 1-2 years of experience working in an international company. Moreover, you have experience with digital use of CRM- and CMS-systems or other relevant marketing platforms. Flair for and experience with digital marketing will be considered an advantage. Finally, you speak and write both Danish and English fluently and are able to travel up to 10-20 days a year. “On a personal level, you are able to approach any given task from a customer perspective. With your strong communication skills and hands-on approach, you are an adept networker, who likes being placed right in the middle of a larger coordination puzzle. Here, you get to use your sense of structure and keep a detail-oriented overview,” Peter finishes.
