In order to meet the ambitious targets, HR needs to become a state-of-the-art and future-oriented business driver focusing on delivering business integrated solutions and value-adding operations. Further, LEO Pharma’s change journey and its increasingly global organization require people insights – e.g. HR metrics and data to enable better decisions at the right time and place.

As part of our HR globalization agenda, we are currently implementing all new global HR systems incl. payroll and time & attendance. You will have an important role to play in this implementation, as it amongst others entails setting up a global BI system for HR reporting and metrics, as well as setting up the manager dashboards in our new SuccessFactors system.

 
The job as our new HR Reporting & Systems Specialist

Your responsibility will be to build up our new global BI system, as well as building global, regional and local reports/dashboards supporting our new HR operating model. Furthermore you will be responsible for providing HR metrics and analytics for various purposes within HR and the business, as well as delivering data extracts of HR master data for running global HR processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Continuously develop, maintain and enhance impactful HR metrics and relevant dashboards. This includes monthly and quarterly reporting as well relevant data for the organisational reviewing process.
• Understand business requirements to develop and deploy ad hoc reports that provide stakeholders with an accurate and precise metrics and business insight.
• Conduct training for Managers to understand HR reports, metrics and systems.
• Deliver HR master data extracts for global HR processes.

As you will belong to LEO Pharma’s department responsible for implementing the global HR systems and subsequently running these, you will also be expected to cover additional tasks in the department, e.g. supporting colleagues with specialized knowledge on systems and processes.

You can look forward to a close collaboration with HR COEs, Strategic HR Business Partners, HR Managers and line of business across the global organization.

 Qualifications

You have min. 2-3 years of  experience with data extraction and reporting including a solid and in-depth insight into the use of HR IT systems – SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite

• You are fluent in written and spoken English
• You have advanced Excel reporting experience
• You have a good understanding of HR processes
• You preferably have operational experience from within HR

To be successful you need to have high quality numerical skills and business understanding. You work very structured and independently, and have the ability to deliver high quality work on parallel activities and still reach deadlines.

In our global projects we are very dependent on close collaboration and teamwork, so you must be open-minded, positive and in everything you do you take a proactive, can do approach. You need to be able to bridge between the technically skilled people in the IT organization, and the more process oriented people in the global HR organization why excellent communication and collaboration skills is a must.
