Can you develop our organisation, our leaders, and employees, and are you a dedicated HR enthusiast with solid business acumen? Then you could be our new Global HR Business Partner in Danfoss Heating Segment. You will become part of a team of six dedicated colleagues where your success will depend on your ability to provide consultancy and drive service to deliver best practice and business-focused HR solutions to meet our business requirements. You will be located in Silkeborg or Viby J – Nordborg will also be an option. You will ensure the delivery of focused HR support in close cooperation with the divisional management team and the rest of the HR community within the Danfoss Group. Some travelling must be expected. Facilitate strategy implementation, organisational development, and much more As HR Business Partner, your work will take a point of departure in the overall HR perspective for Danfoss Heating Segment. As such, you will develop, manage and coordinate a variety of human resource-related programmes and activities, aligned with corporate and divisional policy. You will be part of the management team, and as a natural part of your job, you will act as a sparring partner to managers in relation to organisational matters and employees. Other key tasks will be to: •Initiate and manage business strategy-driven organisational development •Ensure that change management initiatives are communicated and implemented successfully •Develop and support excellent leadership in the division •Drive implementation of key HR programmes, such as succession planning, performance management and compensation programmes •Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention •Create and maintain development and high retention rate of talents •Provide guidance on organisational design, workforce planning, learning and development and other HR practices •Provide business priorities and annual goals to Centre of Excellence/HR Operations to ensure alignment Solid business acumen and HR Business Partner experience You have a relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (e.g. HRM, Business Administration or the like), and significant HR Business Partner/HR Director experience supporting senior leaders. Moreover, you have a deep understanding of human resources in both functional and technical areas – experience with blue-collar production environment would be an advantage. You have solid experience working with the challenges in a large, global company where you have headed different initiatives within talent management, employee relations, organisational design, change management and executive coaching. You have a holistic understanding of how the key management and HR processes are related. Moreover, you have the ability to develop, attract and assess talent as well as managing multiple conflicting priorities. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English and focus on getting things done and implementing HR processes across organisational and cultural boundaries.
