Finance Business Partner to Senior VP, Supply Chain Planning & Distribution (SCPD) As the Senior Director Operations Finance - SCPD, you will be responsible for the financial side of SCPD. You will function as a Finance Business Partner for the Senior VP overall responsible for SCPD, Janet Kroes, just as you will be the global leader for 11 Finance Business Partners located in five countries, who work closely with business leaders within SCPD. Your aim will be to create visibility and provide insights on financial performance that enables action. To do so, you will be: Leading and driving the overall financial planning processes for SCPD, including business planning (short and long-term financial plans) as well as the monthly reporting and estimates process Conducting financial analysis to support on-going project evaluation, creating business cases and prioritisations, and developing key financial monitoring and reporting Deeply involved in the Sales and Operation Planning process, demonstrate end-2-end understanding of the LEGO Group Operating Model and through this provide financial transparency to important decisions and scenarios. Drive financial framework for LEGO Group short and long-term capacity investments. Proactively contribute to the SCPD mission of becoming a truly consumer driven operation. Leading and developing your team as well as partner with the VP Operations Finance, to drive organisational development and continuous improvement You will be situated in Billund, report to the VP of Operations Finance, and will be a key member of both the Operations Finance Leadership Team as well as Supply Chain Planning & Distribution Leadership Team. Given the global teams in both your team, Operations Finance LT and the SCPD LT you can expect up to 75 days of travel per year.
