Deliver excellent forecast performance Your prime responsibility will be to build the demand planning process in a global business unit spanning 3 regions. In doing so, you will make ends meet around LEGO Education Demand Planning and S&OP (Sales & Operations) processes: Set clear and measurable goals for the demand planning and S&OP processes Drive the monthly demand planning and S&OP processes and meetings globally Set direction for demand planning and scenario planning, manage allocation and prioritize products and customers Identify best practises to deploy across LEGO Education to drive standardisation and excellence in forecast performance on par with the best business units in the LEGO Group Manage effective and proactive business decisions trough monthly S&OP meetings and deliver short, medium and long term planning Engage with and facilitate followship among a very diverse stakeholder gallery across organizational layers and functions within LEGO Education and Supply Chain in the LEGO Group In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to maneuver in the middle of a web, making all ends meet around LEGO Education Demand Planning and S&OP process.
