This is your chance to utilize your experience with process optimization and refined change management skills to take our distribution agenda to the next level. With the help from our expert on the area, you will spot new opportunities and roll out initiatives across our global supply chain. 
  
Welcome to Global Supply Chain Management
GN Hearing provides advanced hearing aid solutions to transform lives through the power of sound. At our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you become part of Global Supply Chain Management, which is divided into Global Distribution, Global Planning, Global Operations ERP and Global Service and Returns. Together with the Head of Global Supply Chain and the heads of the 3 remaining areas, you take the lead on our supply chain strategy. 

Set the direction for our distribution agenda world-wide 
You will set the direction for our warehouse, distribution and freight agenda within GN Hearing. You initiate and implement global and local optimization projects together with our distribution expert and collaborate with the relevant site and warehouse managers. 

The distribution set-up you control covers our sites in China, Malaysia, Denmark, Spain, the UK and the US as well as the distribution toward our customers. Thus, overseeing global projects will take you travelling 30-40 days a year. 

More specifically, you:

• Review transportation set-up and collaborate with our sales organization to identify opportunities for reducing transportation costs and improving service levels
• Develop, execute and monitor the global warehouse processes and ensure continuous improvement in terms of service, quality, visibility and flexibility
• Establish KPIs and scorecards in collaboration with the global site and warehouse managers 
• Manage the tender strategy as well as the relationships with key global and regional 3rd party service and distribution providers
• Develop, review and update process, procedure, and policy documents covering the distribution function together with the team

Experience with process optimization and change management
Many roads could lead to this position, but we imagine that you:
• Have good experience with process optimization and managing organizational transformations – preferably within the supply chain area, but it is not a must
• Possess great project management competencies
• Have excellent stakeholder and change management skills
• Communicate effortlessly in English in both speech and writing
