You become part of the Group Quality Product Development department. We are 16 dedicated Quality Engineers, working with the quality in product development. The team is global with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, China and Hungary ”We have a really great team where we work closely together and enjoy a good, collegial atmosphere in different locations and out in different projects which creates a close-knit team where we spar a lot and know each other well”, Charlotte Jensen, the Functional Manager, explains. What is the job about? • Support keeping focus on the product quality status throughout the whole development cycle • Help the project turning the customer requirement into measureable specification • Ensure that specifications are verified and validated • Identify and communicate risks to the rest of the organisation • Work with quality tools and methods to obtain good quality and robustness in new products • Evaluate early feedback from market and react on failures “In this job, you will not have a fixed set of tasks to carry out. Your challenge is to use your experience and knowledge to know where to take up tasks, and it is very different how much help a project team needs”, Charlotte says. What do you need to apply? What do you need to apply? You hold a B.Sc. or a M.Sc. in Engineering or similar combined with excellent hardware skills. Alternatively, you may have a background as an Electronics Technician. Moreover, you have experience from a development organisation working with quality methods such as risk minimising tools (Review, FMEA, practical statistics etc.), and have experience in teaching and project management. You speak and write English fluently. “Taking a structured and analytical approach to your work, you are able to think holistically and provide an overview. You are an initiator and a good collaborator who provides sparring on all levels of the organisation. And finally, you know how to be service-minded and firm,” Charlotte finishes.
