Business Finance positions, Corporate Functions, Bagsværd Business Finance talents In Business Finance you will be part of a highly ambitious team with responsibility of driving the financial agenda in our business and functional areas. Business Finance’s role is to ensure relevant financial input for driving the strategic agenda and execution in a sound manner based on deep insight of the business, best in class analytics, understanding of systems and structures and clear and precise communication. You can be a highly skilled specialist with ambitions for more, or a promising leader talent. We currently have several open positions at different levels, corporate as well as divisional business finance roles. All positions are centered around creating financial basis for decision making, whether it is sales, cost, FTE forecasts and transparency, or ad-hoc analytics on trends, sales opportunities and new product development projects. In all the positions you will get the chance to build a strong Business Finance toolbox, understand Novozymes businesses, interact with senior stakeholders, and understand functional priorities as well as having an individual and close sparring with your leader about your competences and opportunities for developing. All are elements that will give you a strong platform for further career opportunities in Novozymes. Can you imagine yourself: - Creating the basis for discussion of how the current sales opportunities support Novozymes long terms growth? - Building business cases to support decisions on investments, customer contracts and partnerships - Establishing transparency and scenarios on how to allocate resources to maximize growth - Doing benchmark analyses on spend patterns across cost types and business units and propose opportunities for optimization? - Proposing and implementing new ways of simplifying forecasting processes? - Being involved in a variety of tasks in a high pace environment where changes are more the rule than the exception? In this position you need to: - Hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics - Have 1-5+ years of relevant work experience from a business finance, corporate finance or controlling department, preferably from a large company.
