You can look forward to an exciting position where you build a large network end ensure HSE alignment across our many offices, manufacturing facilities and construction sites. Collaborating with Group HSE and business stakeholders, you will actively lead the development of processes that align with regulatory requirements as well as our own high standards.
Bring our strategy to life
In this role, you work closely with our many business stakeholders to bridge business needs with HSE solutions to ensure that our processes align with our HSE and business goals.
Specifically, you:
- Close identified gaps and bring FLSmidth in compliance with certifications standards, legal requirements and best practices in the business
- Lead and drive optimization, standardization and ensure HSE is incorporated as a natural player in FLSmidth’s core business procedures
- Support the implementation of our new IT platform, ensuring HSE procedure underline and support the new platform, creates transparent and valid master data structure across the organization
- Ensure design, developing and implementation of FLSmidth's minimum requirements based on objective risk evaluations/risk control analysis, building an equal baseline for all FLSmidth operations in the industries, business and business unit
- In close corporation with Central Office Function, extract and verify monthly and quarterly HSE data, reject and approve and follow up on performance
- Contribute and participate in group audit, identifying horizontal findings and ensure those are eliminated across FLSmidth industries, region and business unite
Be a central change agent
You are essentially the bridge between HSE and a global stakeholder community, and you have the opportunity to make tactical decisions that influence our entire organization.
Experienced with change management and HSE
Your innate drive and excellent stakeholder management skills along with your flair for IT systems, standards and legislation, enable you to obtain commitment from colleagues across departments, competences and geographical location and turn it into tangible results.
Furthermore, you have:
- Experience with ISO Standards (14001 and 45001 or OHSAS 18001), preferable as lead auditor
- Experience with implementing and developing Integrated Management Standards or business management systems in complex global organizations
- Leadership skills, key stakeholder management and project management experience
- Culture understanding and familiar with different legislations globally
- + 10 years of experience within the field of HSE
- An analytic and structures mindset and way of working
- Business understanding and focus on keep it simple
