LEO Pharma is recruiting a Global Stakeholder Partnership Manager to join the Global Medical Affairs team. Global Medical Affairs is located in the company headquarter outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. The position offers a unique opportunity to work for a leading company in dermatology with a global presence, improving people’s live around the world.
Challenges
The Global Stakeholder Partnership team belong to a highly motivated team of Medical Affairs staff with clinical, research and marketing experience. The role entails strategic partnering within interdisciplinary project teams and the main responsibilities for the position include the ability to provide stakeholder engagement input to strategic plans such as lifecycle plans, strategic launch plans, brand plans and global business plans
The Global Stakeholder Partnership Manager will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining and expanding knowledge and expertise in relevant stakeholder engagement initiatives.
By working closely with dedicated Medical Affairs staff in Regions around the globe, the Global Stakeholder Partnership Manager suggest, develops and support medical affairs activities and encourage best practice sharing.
In company headquarters, the Global Stakeholder Partnership team works in a matrix of highly professional and specialised colleagues within global functions, such as drug discovery, clinical development, medical department, regulatory affairs, patient access and marketing. A good partnership with corresponding functions and cross functional teams in regions and affiliates around the world is pivotal for our success.
Externally, the Global Stakeholder Partnership Manager acts as a liaison with medical thought leaders, working as a communication link between LEO Pharma and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a life science background with previous global or local experience from a pharmaceutical company. Clinical experience as a health care professional or a research background (clinical or basic science) and/or business education might be relevant, depending on relevance and extent. The candidate must be a team-player with good interpersonal skills, appreciate the value of cross functional collaboration, be action oriented, have a strategic mind-set and a strong drive.
The candidate must be fluent in oral and written English (company language) and have strong presentation skills.
Some travel activity is to be expected.
