- Production Support - Denmark - Bagsværd We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Process Group Responsible) for Aseptic Processes in Diabetes Finished Products Standardisation & Optimisation (DFP S&O), a unit in Novo Nordisk in charge of Process Optimization, cLEAN and Training across our production sites in Denmark, US, France, China and Brazil. About the department DFP S&O consists of 22 skilled and professional employees working with Optimization, cLEAN, Training and Standardisation of the core production processes. The unit strives to enable the Diabetes Finished Product (DFP) areas to deliver business results in a lean way by creating transparency of good practices, and supporting the areas in implementing sustainable solutions to both DFP strategic projects and local business challenges. The job In your new role as a Senior Project Manager, you will be the Global Project Manager (GPM) for strategic level projects driving quality, compliance and performance across all of DFP. This will include leading a global team to optimize scheduled maintenance periods (closedowns) across all manufacturing sites. In addition, you will be the Process Group Responsible (PGR) for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Clean Utilities (CU) Process Groups. In this role, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to address quality, compliance and performance improvements in a global environment. Your job, together with your peers, is to strengthen our systems and behaviour for sharing and effectively implementing technical and operational good practices across DFP sites. Finally, you will develop an overall roadmap and project plan to address Life Cycle Management (LCM) for key equipment and processes across DFP. This position has many stakeholders and deliverables, and staying focused on the DFP business plan while constantly aligning with your customers at the production sites will be the key to your success. Although you will not have any direct reports, you will be leading virtual teams consisting of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from all DFP Production Sites. Qualifications Your project and portfolio management skills are proven and you have worked in a global environment to drive projects from early ideas to realised benefits. Additionally, driving optimisation projects cross-organisationally requires a person with strong change management skills and the ability to impact through networking and collaboration. You have a proven track record of successfully driving optimisation initiatives and you have hands-on experience with Lean or Six Sigma, preferable from your time in production. GMP understanding and in-depth knowledge of relevant DFP production processes is considered a prerequisite.
