SkatePro is looking for a new Finnish employee who is driven by providing the best possible service and sales within all types of skating. So if you are passionate about providing SkatePro's growing group of customers the best advice and excellent service, you might just be the perfect candidate, for the vacant full time position we have. 

Your tasks:

We give you the opportunity to be a part of Scandinavia's fastest growing and largest skate shop.

You get to be in direct contact with our Finnish customers. Your tasks will, apart from customer service, be ongoing translation tasks for websites and for various development projects. You will advise clients both by phone and email, and be part of our customer service team, through which you will be trained.

Your workplace will be at our Danish headquarters just north of Aarhus, where you can also get a regular insight into how to run a webshop. As an employee at SkatePro, you are offered benefits and good prospects for development and increasing responsibilities.

Your qualifications:

• You have a natural interest in all types of skating (inline skaters, skateboards, scooters, skates) and are open to learn much more about skate products.
• You are stable and take pride in keeping your agreements.
• You are good at staying organized and well structured.
• You understand, speak and write fluent Finnish, but can also understand and speak English. (Knowing other languages is a big plus, but not a necessity). 

We also expect that you have experience with retail sales, that you are very service minded and are accustomed to relate to many different types of people. It is vital that you are passionate about helping and providing the best service to the people you are in contact with.
