For our Offshore Sales Planning department in Vejle we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller / Commercial Specialist (Maternity Cover) to support our team for a period of minimum 18 months. You will become part of an international team of motivated Commercial Sales Experts supporting the business globally.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Ensure high level of cross functional collaboration – mostly between Offshore Sales Management, Sales Teams and Operations (Manufacturing) and estimate financial impacts from different production scenarios
  • Perform and develop high quality reporting on demand, capacity, load (production) plan across the organization      
  • Support Senior Management on strategic footprint decision making
  • Maintaining Sales Process guideline definitions, act as a Key user of Sales Business Approval process for Business Unit Offshore and preparation of Sales offers planning for the regular Management reviews
  • Maintaining and reporting of the bond security guarantees in the Sales phase
  • Coordinate Cost-Out measures and Productivity targets to ensure reaching budget plans and be the main point of contact for the internal/external auditors
  • Ensure high quality and transparency of Cost Center planning and be the focal point towards Sales Management and other internal & cross functions
  • Maintain and develop KPIs for Offshore Sales globally

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have a Master degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar
  • You have 3+ years of experience in commercial or controlling tasks, preferable from manufacturing and/or project areas, in complex and global environment, will be an advantage
  • You are analytical, flexible and quick thinker, comfortable working with details and perform above average under pressure in a very dynamic environment
  • You have a structured and organized approach to your tasks and like working in a team
  • You have good interpersonal skills and are capable of working with people from different cultures and organizational levels
  • You are an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint and have the ability to analyze data from various sources and support the Management’ decision-making
  • You possess excellent English skills
