Deliver decision-oriented reporting As Finance Manager, you are responsible for the reporting of the Business Enabling (BE) area. Thus, you enhance the deliveries and impact of the BE Finance Business Partners, who you collaborate closely with, to secure the overall reporting. Moreover, you take on the task of making our reporting more decision-oriented - as you do actual reporting and performance tracking, while delivering recommendations and providing insights with an impact. As such, you: Drive the performance management process in BE, by consolidating estimates, actuals, and securing transparency in performance, through comments and plans for corrective actions Prepare the BE month end report - and collect and provide commentaries on actual performance and potential corrective actions Prepare consolidated BE reports including estimates, headcount, project and cost development and provide these with insights and recommendations Act as a backup for Corporate Reporting on The LEGO Group monthly reporting, utilising your talent for providing commentaries and insights to Corporate Management Provide various ad hoc analyses, e.g. regarding currency impact on performance Share your ideas and influence our performance You join 11 colleagues, who provide value creation for the business and handle the overall reporting for the LEGO Group. Finance experience and an ability to develop and deliver insights In this position, you will be challenged on your ability to influence decision makers through analyses, reports and recommendations, potentially with great implications. At the same time, you need to cope with the high pace we experience in Corporate Reporting up to deadlines, requiring some flexibility and availability from you. To succeed, you: Hold a Master's degree or similar and have experience from more than one finance role combined with knowledge of Business Controlling.
