Together with the LEGO® organisation you will merge the different site setup to the ultimate business performance. The goal of the programme is to improve the flow and logistics programme in our business processes and to build up competencies, mindset and structures for all employees in the organisation. To execute on LEGO's Continuous Improvement, you will: Establish high bay warehouses (HBW) in cooperation with the sites Standardise the processes and use and deploy best practices across existing production sites Develop platform and technology map for your specific area and take ownership of the technical specifications Assure permanent sustainable standard of the logistic flow Support the existing HBW through experience and knowledge sharing Stay abreast of the latest technologies and processes Continuously develop our R&D processing footprint Implement innovative logistics solutions on a global scale Participate in project meetings and act as liaison between suppliers and sites Trusted to perform By trusting you to make decisions, do what's right and get things done to the highest possible quality, we'll help you make the most of your skills and reach your potential.
