Do you have experience working with tax, accounting and transfer pricing management? And would you like to take on a truly international management position where you ensure global transfer pricing compliance within the LEGO Group? Manage transfer pricing worldwide and take part in specific projects As Global Transfer Pricing Manager, you will join a department of 25 tax professionals and be based in either London or Billund, Denmark. Here, you will be part of the Transfer Pricing Team, liaising with the local Finance people as well as the Regional Heads of Taxes. Your main mission is to coordinate and ensure global transfer pricing compliance in the LEGO Group. Specific tasks include: Management of specific local legislations in relation to transfer pricing. This includes defining priority countries, coordinating work processes and supporting local finance and tax employees in defining and optimising new inter-company flows Managing specific projects, assessing potential tax risks and opportunities as well as help strengthening the strategic and practical focus on transfer pricing. This entails preparing specific educational training to non-tax colleagues worldwide Drafting the yearly master file for the LEGO Group, ensuring the organisation fulfils the documentation obligations worldwide Assisting in daily interactions with global stakeholders (such as finance and business colleague, the Legal Team, Treasury Department) to provide pragmatic solutions and suggestions in line with the LEGO Transfer pricing policies Tax planning. You look for - and implement - cost saving initiatives and you continuously seek to improve the current transfer pricing control framework Mutual value creation In this role, you will be a valued sparring partner both at the LEGO Headquarter and across the global organisation. You can either be based in Billund or at our London hub but you should expect extensive traveling as part of the job (approximately 40 percent of the time). As such, you will work with several international stakeholders and get to play a key role in specific projects as well as in implementing our global strategy within transfer pricing. Transfer pricing professional with excellent stakeholder management skills You may have 5 years of experience working with tax, accounting and budget development as well as operative knowledge of transfer pricing margin methods management You have a license or certification as a CPA, Certified Tax Agent or JD, and you look forward to learning more about tax rules and legislation in other countries Your analytical skills are excellent as well as your communication and interpersonal skills, since you will deal with sensitive issues and often have to create alignment inside and outside the department to drive specific actions You are a strong team player who can train and motivate others but you are also able to work independently Strong English is required and Danish is a plus In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
