Vestas Legal, IP & Contract Review / Legal IPR Corporate Legal Advisor - Intellectual Property (IP) Vestas is looking for a Corporate Legal Advisor for the Legal IPR department in the Vestas Legal, IP & Contract Review department. The Vestas Legal, IP & Contract Review department is situated in three different locations across Denmark and the UK. The department is responsible for a wide variety of legal matters and aims high in securing the best legal counselling for business units within the Vestas Group. The Legal IPR responsibility is to ensure and protect Vestas IP and Vestas' freedom to operate. Responsibilities As part of the Legal IPR department and as Corporate Legal Advisor specialising in IP, your main areas of responsibility will be to: • Support and collaborate with the entire Vestas Group in IP related issues. • Continuously ensure that IP related issues are handled in accordance with the IP Strategy of the Vestas Group. • Contribute to continuous improvements of Vestas' tools and policies in relation to IP. • Educate colleagues within the Vestas Group on IP issues. • Draft and negotiate agreements. • Participate in the day-to-day case handling in the Legal IPR department. Qualifications • A Master degree in Law and some years working experience in intellectual property. • Experience from a similar position is an advantage. Competencies • You like to be challenged by complex legal questions and have a commercial attitude and approach to their solution. • Your working style is characterized by the ability to prioritize, focus on quality and keep deadlines. • You are good at listening and giving constructive feedback. • You enjoy working together with colleagues in a culturally diverse organisation and are proficient in spoken and written English. • You find technology interesting and are positive about increasing your knowledge about wind turbines and the technology associated with these.
