Would you like to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Support team?As Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President in People Operations & Development your main task is to provide seamless, value adding and professional support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Calendar management

- Booking and coordination of meetings

- Preparation of agendas and pre-read material for meetings and other related practicalities

- Booking of flights, hotels and ground transportation

- Handling of internal and external requests from various stakeholders

- Handling of travel expenses and other business administration

- Ad hoc tasks supporting the People Operations & Development leadership team

You will need to work independently in ensuring that all practicalities and administrative tasks are handled the best way possible. Since the role is a global role, you will get the opportunity to connect with people from all corners of the global LEGO® community. In addition, you are in an excellent position to gain a broad understanding of the LEGO Group and get extensive exposure within our organization on a global level.

Executive Support Team

You will report to the Head of Executive Support and join a team of assistants who carry out many administrative and practical tasks to ensure the Executive Leadership Team can focus fully on leading the LEGO Group.

Moreover, you have:

- Experience from a comparable administrative role for senior leaders, preferably in a bigger global organisation

- The ability to multitask, prioritise and being organised in your day-to-day work

- Are comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the
hour

- Are proactive and with a high degree of collaboration

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with

- The ability to handle and maintain high-level of confidentiality

- Proficiency in MS Office programmes, especially Outlook and PowerPoint
