Senior Digital Marketing Project Manager, Household Care Global Marketing, DK
In Novozymes, we have embarked on an ambitious digital transformation journey. We have put in place a large Digital Transformation (DT) team reporting directly to the CEO. To advance and shape the digital development in the Household Care division, we are looking for an experienced Sr. Digital Marketing Project Manager to join the Global Marketing team in Denmark.

You will have global responsibility for leading the change of our marketing operations in the new digital world and seize the opportunities it offers. You will have a strategic responsibility for setting the direction and strategy for Household Care’s digital transformation together with Head of Marketing and the anchor in the HHC VP team.

A key priority is execution of our upcoming digital customer engagement platform together with the DT team and in close collaboration with your colleagues in Global Marketing and our sales teams globally. You will be responsible for generating an industry leading customer user experience and transforming the way we engage with our customers and how we generate sales leads. As part of this you will execute selected projects under the platform.

You will plan and execute development sprints including testing prototypes in collaboration with or as product owner, and secure customer relevance in all parts. Together with our People & Organization team and the regional management teams you will be responsible for defining the digital competences needed in the commercial organization, and together you will drive change globally. 

The role gives a unique opportunity for being part of shaping our digital transformation journey. The position is new and both provides the opportunity for but also demand the responsibility for defining it. You will be part of an ambitious international team, who values collaboration, openness and trust.

The position reports to Head of Marketing in HHC Global Marketing.

In this position you need: 

• A M.Sc. degree (Commercial or Technical combined with MBA or similar)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant job experience incl. experience with digital marketing in b-t-b context. Experience from the FMCG world considered a plus. So is experience with digital in emerging markets.
• Be self-driven and capable of defining your own tasks and scope projects in a changing environment. You should be able to handle uncertainty, changes and headwinds while keeping a positive and optimistic mindset and analytical and strategic thinking is a must.
• Be on top of the latest digital trends and know how to apply the relevant ones to the business. You combine business needs with digital opportunities, challenge status quo, and are ready to both solve small tasks and execute big projects. You can keep an overview but also know the details.
• To possess strong digital business development and marketing competences and have a solid understanding of digital product and services development processes incl. agile methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills. You should be interested in and able to work with many types of stakeholders with varying digital experience. This requires you to be able to clearly conceptualize and communicate digitalization potential and “translate” between different functions like Sales/Marketing, Digital Transformation and IT.
• To be passionate about digital and love to share your experience and inspire others as part of building the organization’s digital competences.
• To thrive in and have experience from working in a large global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
