The sensor business is characterized by a high growth rate and innovative solutions. Through the increased global focus on digitalization, there is a rapidly increasing demand for sensors to deliver the needed data for optimization and added services. Therefore, we are setting up a core team, who will focus on developing our sensor technologies. You will become part of a completely new team consisting of seven people, who all have a passion for sensors together with a great technical understanding. By working closely together as a team, you will rocket our sensor business and reach new heights.

Electronic design of industrial sensors – position, pressure, and speed
Overall, you will participate in product development projects from the early concept phase to the final release of the product. More specifically, your primary tasks/responsibilities will be:

• Electronics design of industrial sensors – position (linear, rotary, speed), custom designed pressure sensors as well as other sensor types
• Help ensure that our new sensors are designed for appropriate connectivity (controller and cloud)
• Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal sensor and application specialists
• Design of experiments and analysis of results

Key professional and personal competences
There is more than one way to this position, you can be a newly graduate or have solid work experience within development of electronics. However, we expect that you have a relevant Bachelor/Master degree or similar in electronics in order to handle the challenges in this job. As such, your toolbox is loaded with knowledge about:

• Signal conditioning
• Analog and digital electronics incl. EMC
• PCBA design in OrCAD or similar
• Experience from industry is an advantage

On a more personal note, you are driven by new trends and technologies, eager to learn and can embrace the ongoing changes and challenges that we meet every day. You are known as a team player and have a communicative approach. This enables you to build relationships and cooperate across cultures and geography in a matrix organization. At the same time, you can work independently. You have a can-do attitude, which you use to acquire new knowledge and find the right solutions. Since we work in a global company, it is a necessity that you master English both written and spoken.
