For our Product Management department within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) organization located in Brande, we are looking for a Documentation Coordinator. The Product Management department is owner of the operational Release Plan for the product, working closely together with internal Design in R&D, Procurement and Manufacturing. Furthermore, Product Management providing support and being the coordinating force around development of new solutions for customer projects is the interface for Regional Engineering. What are my responsibilities? • Facilitate creation and maintenance of technical sales documentation for wind turbines • Administration and distribution of technical sales documentation to Sales projects • Manage the technical sales documentation portfolio • Coordination of documentation deliveries between PLM / R&D and other key stakeholders What do I need to qualify for this job? • You have minimum 1-2 years of relevant job experience, preferably combined with previous experience from a quality function working as a project assistant or project coordinator • You have a basic understanding and interest for working with document management systems • You are detail-oriented and have a systematic approach to tasks and deliverables • As a person you are proactive and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple internal interfaces • You possess knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and in addition preferably Share Point • Moreover, you possess excellent English skills, both orally and in writing. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
