We are looking for a Technical Support Agent for our client LN Eurocom and their help desk team in Copenhagen. We are looking for an agent who is fluent in Finnish (and preferable also in Swedish).
Who is LN Eurocom?
LN Eurocom is Denmark’s largest Contact Centre with over 500 employees. Spread on three locations in Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen they deliver services within technical support, customer service, telemarketing and outplacement. You will work in Copenhagen.
As an Agent at LN Eurocom, you will be a part of the largest call center in Denmark.
Your main tasks will be:
- To deliver service within technical support, customer service and telemarketing
- Answering incoming calls from customers who need technical support with their device, system or product
You will get the necessary training in the products and systems that you need. In addition, you will be part of a team of good colleagues and team leaders who will help you in your personal and professional development.
The right candidate:
- Speaks fluent Finnish
- Has knowledge about the Swedish language
- Is outgoing and thrives with giving support through the telephone
- Has an interest in and/or experience with IT
- Has excellent communicating skills
- Is service minded and patient in regards to solving tasks
LN Eurocom is located in Copenhagen and it is therefore necessary that you are living in or near Copenhagen or willing to commute.You will be hired by StudentConsulting as a temporal worker for the first three months. However, it is very very possible that you will be offered a permanent position at LN Eurocom after this period of time.
