IT & Facilities Supporter to HQ Global Business Services is offering a new, exciting and challenging position within our global IT Operations group to deliver service & functional support to business executives with a strong focus on IT and Facilities at our Headquarters. As the new IT & Facilities Supporter, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient daily office operations for our extended Executive Leadership Team. This is done by ensuring that all IT and Facility Management related needs and requests are handled and executed fast and to a very high standard. The job requires your fast onsite availability and professional “single point of contact” (SPOC) service – working to facilitate and coordinate standard services from providers, and timely management and delivery of ad-hoc requests. Qualifications As the preferred candidate, you will have 2-5 years’ direct experience in IT Support, ideally combined with experience from direct exposure at executive management level. You shall be willing and excel at delivering top quality service – “going the extra mile” for demanding users. Ideally, you have experience in being the focal/primary support that ensures fast and precise execution on all IT and facility requests. This includes using your technical insight as well as good overview and strong coordinating abilities towards resources within Novozymes as well as the external IT and FM market. You must be good at networking, adapting new knowledge and technologies fast, and be ready for a job with many diverse challenges. Master in Information System, "Datamatiker" (or related field) High-level knowledge of PC workplace service area, including PC client services and multimedia audio/visual services Networks, Telephony and Server services, plus other systems/services Knowledge of ITIL v3 and Quality Management frameworks Basic contract and financial understanding.
