Would you like to set the scene for our future Fitting Solutions in the hearing care industry? Would you like to be in charge of growing our business across our diagnostics companies within the William Demant Holding Group (WDH)? Are you good at setting a direction and getting others to follow, even though they are not reporting to you directly? Within the WDH Group we have a number of companies within Hearing Solutions and Diagnostics equipment, and we constantly seek to provide the best and most user friendly solutions, to help our customers in their daily life. Our customers consist of hearing care professionals around the world, both in the private sector and in public clinics. The job We are seeking a person who can head our efforts in creating strategies and direction for our fitting solution program and harvesting synergies between our brands within diagnostic equipment. Accordingly, some of your main tasks will consist of: Head Fitting Solutions Product Management . Running the daily product management operation such as control of all software launches, prioritizing the feature set for future launches and being responsible for all Fitting Solutions roadmap activities . Working closely together with our sales companies to advice and coordinate our deliveries and messages to the customers Head the strategic program, Diagnostics Integration . Identifying synergies between our diagnostics and hearing aid brands, both commercial and R&D . Driving initiatives and projects through the organization . Working closely within the Oticon organization in DK, to coordinate effort and initiatives within the area You can recognize the following personal characteristics in yourself: . Process oriented Your qualifications: . At least 5 years’ experience in the hearing aid, or similar business . An engineering, technical or audiological background . Proven Project Management results . Proven Product Management results . A business degree would be beneficial Organization You will be heading a small team of currently two highly qualified specialists, with plan to add more resources to the function during 2014, as the area is considered to be of strategic importance.
