Thereby BCCTP is supporting each interaction Nordea has with our customers in Branches, Contact Centres and Back Office through the applications we develop and support. We are now looking for 3 remarkable graduates to join our teams, and participate in creating unforgettable customer experiences. As IT analyst you will work across business areas and local countries in the Nordics to mature and specify requirements together with our delivery teams. We are working with distributed teams, so excellent communication skills and desire to work with other cultures are essential, as a big part of our team and our solution vendors are located outside the country. As mediator among our business, development teams, and our external vendors you secure that the communication is working well between the relevant people. You work closely with our development teams, product owners and business partners across Branch & Contact Centre Touch Points. As the coordinator from the technical side it is important that you have some knowledge on technical terms, deployments, system maintenance, as well as ability to read code and prepare system upgrades. In the daily work you will support our agile development teams with well-documented requirement descriptions, facilitating workshops, take part in backlog refinement together with our product owners and drive analysis work for upcoming epics. The qualifications you need We have high expectations of our graduates. We are seeking to recruit responsible talents with an aim to pursue and drive their own personal development within the framework provided by the Nordea Graduate Programme. Requirements: •A Master’s degree •A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience •Excellent English language skills Furthermore, you need to pass an ability test that assesses numerical, verbal and inductive capabilities. In addition, we expect you to have personal ambition and to be a team player. You are confident, driven and possess the mind set to constantly improve your competencies and to develop. The position also requires a permanent work permit in Denmark.
