Job Description

Do you have the drive and competencies to roll-out a new website within a global organization? Can you design, develop and implement digital projects and ensure consistency across our regions? Are you experienced developing a certification program? Then we have an interesting opportunity for you, as our new Digital Project Manager.
 
You will become part of the Digital Channels department in Danfoss Business System. The location is flexible within Europe and requires up to 30% of traveling – this will depend on your main location.
 
The role will suit a self-motivated individual who is eager to make a difference – both to develop their career and skills, but also to deliver innovative projects for a global brand. It will require an organized mind, digital expertise, great people skills and real attention to detail.
 
Drive digital projects and create training program
As our new Digital Project Manager, you will have the full ownership and responsibility for the complete website roll-out. You will manage and coordinate the necessary communication, planning and continuously follow-up with the regional stakeholders before, during and after the roll-out to secure that the local requirements and feedback are part of the development track. Other will tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
• Ensure transparency in all project activities through documentation and communication with cross functional team members and business stakeholders.
• Guarantee Deployment Process and Procedures are met during regional implementation.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Execute the Regional Deployment and Planning of roll-out activities including site survey, site preparation, implementation, site documentation, integration and acceptance.
• Ensure that quality and environmental requirements are met during regional implementation.
• Develop a training and certification program (within digital channels).
• Co-ordinate training and deliver training material.

Proactive self-starter with excellent project management skills
You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in managing highly complex digital projects – preferably as a project manager for web solutions from inception to delivery with the ability to work unaided on digital projects. You also have experience in scoping and designing digital related projects of significant scale and complexity, why you understand project risks. Moreover, it is expected that you have experience with the development of training and certification programs, as this is part of your deliverables. Finally, a general understanding of web technologies is beneficial, this includes: web development technologies, Web CMS, Marketing Automation systems, Analytics etc.
 
On a personal note, you work effectively under pressure, with strict time constraints, why you can manage high-volume projects in a fast-paced environment. You are known for your open mind and communicative approach to colleagues and customers, enabling you to build relations and cooperate across cultures and geography. At the same time, you pay attention to detail and have a sense of quality permitting you to come up with the right solutions, and you are willing to make the necessary decisions. As we are a global organization, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
