You will join the newly established area of Upgrades in the Special Projects department which is responsible for WTG (wind turbine generator) main component exchanges, blade service activities and WTG upgrades; all of which we do offshore. We are a supporting function within Operations where we specialise in providing project management of special projects in support of our Service business and our clients worldwide.

Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...work closely with the Project Manager on a daily basis to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to the required safety and quality standards (within agreed specifications).

Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Support and assist the Project Manager in every aspect of executing the Upgrade projects throughout the Upgrade life cycle
• Scheduling and allocating tasks to staff
• Assessing risks and management of risks
• Co-ordinate deliverables
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Updating stakeholders on progress

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

...has experience from an international setting working with internal and external stakeholders, projects and operational focus. You have a degree level education, or you have proven managerial skills as you will need technical, commercial and operational understanding to manage risks and consequences across the value chain. Ideally, you also have experience in offshore wind, but industries with transferable knowledge/experienced are also valuable.
