We’re looking for new talent to join our Customer Experience department.
You’ll assist our team of Customer Success Managers at both the implementation and adoption stages of the Customer Journey - ensuring that teams of users are trained and set up for success with the Falcon platform. This may also include small- and medium-sized customers, but will predominantly focus on the Enterprise segment.
This is an exciting role which offers exposure to global brands and digital marketing professionals.You’ll play a central role in helping teams to unlock the value of the Falcon platform. Internally, you’ll partner with experienced advisors and strategists on project plans to ensure our customers are successful on social media and satisfied with Falcon as their trusted partner.
A successful candidate will be smart at figuring out technology and thrive on customer interactions (being comfortable - and charismatic - at remote engagement).

What you'll do:

• Assist with implementations of the Falcon platform across global regions (planning, delivery, follow-up)
• Deliver product trainings to teams of users and follow up on questions / issues raised
• Understand the platform in detail and be able to map features to solutions that will improve the daily work and longer term results for the customer on social media
• Collaborate across the Customer Experience department to assist on selected projects
• Work together with our internal team to identify the needs of the customers, and guide the teams of users on how to effectively achieve their goals leveraging the platform

What you have:

• Outstanding communication skills - particularly via online remote calls
• Natural enthusiasm for resolving problems and helping people
• Solid relationship, planning and coordination skills
• Strong knowledge of or passion for the social media landscape, and awareness of marketing/web technologies
• Positive, open, can-do attitude (solutions, not problems)
• Rock-solid reliability - you follow through
• Fluent communicator in English. Ability to work in one of the following languages such as German, Spanish, Italian and French is advantageous, though not required
