The job
The Corporate Strategy function is responsible for solving real time business issues, providing insights to top leadership team, delivering our 5 year corporate strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and leading the strategic planning process.
 

Your responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to implement our Corporate Strategy “Sail’22” and drive respective program management office. This will require working with markets and all group functions to secure value accretive business transformation. The role includes leading the annual corporate strategy process as well as providing insights and thought leadership to the Executive Committee to define the strategic agenda.
 

Your key accountabilities and responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership to business partners, including ExCom members and other operating leaders on a broad range of business-critical topics
• Spearhead the annual strategy review process
• Co-drive implementation of the 5 year  corporate strategy “Sail’22”, manage the program management office (PMO) and be a sparring partner for strategic priority owners

Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate who:

• Has 3-5 years operational FMCG experience combined with 3-5 years of experience in a top tier management consulting firm.
• A seasoned business manager who understands the full value chain, key financial metrics and is comfortable at dissecting the P&L to improve both top and bottom line
• Comfortably collaborates and communicates at all levels. Is adept at operating cross-functionally and at managing a complex matrix set of stakeholders. Demonstrates an ability to work across various cultures and geographies.
• Exercises strong leadership and people collaboration skills, is a team player and tackles issues with humble confidence
• Has strong communications skills in both written and verbal forms, with an ability to keep things simple and infect others with a passion for winning
• Excels at project management, staying focused on delivering world class insight-led execution
• Graduated from a leading university, an MBA from a top-tier business school is an asset
