Then you may be our new Student Assistant in Digital Solutions.

About the job
You will become part of the Digital Solutions Product Management Team within the Oticon Sales & Marketing organization, and work in close cooperation with many stakeholders. More specifically, you will be involved in coordination and facilitation of several commercial deliveries that enable the release of new products and services. Consequently, your areas of responsibility and your tasks are very broad and varied.

Some of your tasks include:

• Be taking ownership of reoccurring deliveries e.g. product documentation and material (incl. timing details, coordination of input, follow up on deadlines, handling review process and documentation)
• Plan and prepare events
• Help with proofreading- and reviewing tasks
• Assist in various improvement projects

Your background and personal competencies
You are probably in the third year of your Bachelor within Marketing, Management or Communications and have a keen interest in pursuing a career in Sales and Marketing.

We expect you to be a strong planner and organizer. You have great attention to details, and work with tasks in a structured way. Furthermore, you are experienced and confident in communicating with numerous people internationally, both verbally and in writing. Your style of work is characterized by you being proactive; working independently and taking responsibility is second nature to you. You will be someone who like taking tasks, driving them and seeing them to completion.

In order to achieve success in your new role, you possess the following qualities:

• Be able to take responsibility
• Be self-driven
• Have a very structured mindset/approach
• Have strong coordination skills
• Have an eye for details and a certain level of perfectionism
• Be able to "own" a project from start to end (self-driven, structured, following up)
• Have good stakeholder/communication skills
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office
• Speak and write English fluently.

We expect you to work 16 hours per week corresponding to no less than 2 days a week, preferably 3, distributed to suit both your and our schedule. This may increase in busy periods, however, we also offer flexibility around exams and holidays.
