Grow your career as Brand Manager at Danfoss by taking a leading role in driving, developing, implementing and maintaining our corporate brand platform ‘Engineering Tomorrow’ globally across Danfoss. Global brand management and project ownership You will work closely with our regional and segment counterparts to drive our corporate brand forward in accordance with agreed strategies. You will develop, implement and support branding campaigns and initiatives in selected key business regions and lead external international service suppliers. As this is a truly international role, you need to expect 30-50 travel days per year. Responsibilities: •Steer creative development processes and support ongoing strategy development •Streamline key brand messages and concepts across marketing channels •Brief and steer marketing service suppliers to ensure quality output •Define and control agreed project budgets •Train and support the global Danfoss marketing organization to deliver a one-company approach to brand-building •Measure and report the performance of campaigns and other initiatives International Brand Manager with a can-do attitude and strong project management skills The person we are looking for holds a university degree preferably in marketing/communication and has solid experience working in an international matrix organization and/or relevant agency experience. On the personal characteristics, your: •Creative and strategic thinking helps you keep the bigger picture while working on specific tasks •Process oriented and problem solving approach makes you see the possibility and find great solutions •Independent, proactive and structured planning makes you successfully deliver and drive your projects •Experience with digital marketing tools and communication channels helps you bring innovation into corporate brand planning and execution •Intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication and presentation skills in English (verbally and in writing) enable you to lead and cooperate with your colleagues from different parts of the world Your new colleagues With a direct report to the Head of Corporate Branding and Design, you will be working from Danfoss’ headquarters near Sønderborg, Denmark with a team of highly skilled colleagues.
