Working with the Branding team, you will be responsible for aiding in developing and communicating the brand of Welltec®, both internally and externally. THE POSITION Tasks where you will have the responsibility: •Ensuring our vision, mission and values are commu­nicated effectively •Supporting organizational and change initiatives through effec­tive internal communications •Developing and implementing successful internal communicati­ons plans and campaigns •Increasing knowledge sharing between employees through the right channels •Being the editor of our internal newsletter and intranet (we use MailChimp and SharePoint) •General writing, editing and proofreading in English Tasks where you will be supporting: •Advertisements and articles for industry magazines •Producing marketing materials for our sales team •Writing for welltec.com •Coordinating and writing white papers plus presentations for conferences THE PROCESS If you are interested in the position submit your resume and cover letter online via the link below. THE CANDIDATE We are looking for a person who masters the challenge of con­veying technically complicated material to a broader audience – while keeping them awake. The right person can both describe our tools in details and produce texts tongue in cheek. We are a company at the forefront of innovation and we move very fast so it is an absolute requirement that you are able to switch between tasks. Our ideal candidate will: •Be an experienced professional within Internal Communications •Have an outstanding, creative writing talent in English •Be experienced with MS Office, intranet, CMS and CRM systems •Possess excellent project management skills •Be outgoing, persistent and detail-oriented •Be a creative team player that is not afraid to take initiatives Furthermore, it will be an advantage if you have experience with InDesign, the oilfield or other technical industry, and the ability to communicate across time zones and cultures.
