Do you want to assist a dynamic team that drives non-interventional study activities in an international setting with the possibility to interact with different nationalities? Global Medical Affairs, Study Programmes is looking for a Clinical Trial Administrator to join us. As Clinical Trial Administrator you will have a significant role in supporting the study planning and execution by performing administrative tasks in a proactive and independent manner. About the department Global Medical Affairs, Study Programmes is among others responsible for scientific recruitment and retention for DEVOTE, LEADER and SUSTAIN. In addition, Study Programmes is responsible for planning and execution of real world study activities (non-interventional studies) within diabetes in close collaboration with our affiliates and CRO. The area includes a team of around 30 highly skilled and ambitious colleagues. The job You will be an essential member of the real world study team. You will contribute to successful internal as well as external meetings by coordinating and planning the logistics, completion of minutes and general support. You will set up and maintain the shared web sites and portals for sharing trial related documents as well as contribute to the preparation of newsletters and PowerPoint presentations. By use of your structured proactive approach and high quality mind-set you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Trial Master Files in accordance with standard operating procedures. This includes uploading and indexing documents, updating information, and QC of trial documents in our different IT systems. You will assist with preparation and updating of trial budgets by use of our IT budget tools and support the Lead Study Manager with budget presentations. In addition, you will support the study team with ad hoc tasks as needed, oversight of CRO and contract management. Qualifications You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative position, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry/similar role. You are proficient in both written and spoken English. You have flair for using IT systems and you are highly skilled within MS Office, including Excel. Knowledge of SAP, budget planning/ClinCost and novoDOCS is a BIG plus. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service mind set, be able to independently organise the work and is well structured with a sense of detail combined with a good overview.
