The strategy of Card Services is to become the most appreciated card payment service provider in Europe. We do this by ensuring that Card Services has the right strategy and a competitive service portfolio for our customers. The objective of Card Processing is to ensure business growth and long term profitability in relationship with our key customers. The foundation of Card Processing Services relies on existing Nordic card processing platforms, and investments in new services will build the foundation for the future growth. As Card Scheme Project Manager, you will have an important role in ensuring set-up and certification at the International Card Schemes on behalf of Nets and our customers. You will play a leading role in the important internal interface between the business area, IT and other business and group units in Nets. Co-operation with card associations, customers, and other external parties will also be parameter in your work. You can expect 10-20 travel days per year. Key reponsibilities and tasks •Card Scheme Project Manager towards International Card Schemes on behalf of Nets and customers •Maintenance of catalogue on card scheme certified products and services (HOST, PCR and endpoints) across the Nordic countries •Manage certification requirements from Card Schemes (Like Visa, MC, AMEX, CUP, Vocalink and JCB) •Issuer parameters set-up at Card Schemes (Visa, MC and VocaLink) •Main contact and support for Card Schemes and IT organization during execution of internal and external projects •Consultancy and support for customers on the issuer side •Project types: •Request and manage license requests on-behalf of our customers •Implementation of new BIN/ICA or new Member at Card Schemes •Set up of new Member with Nets as Member Service Provider •Migrations both Issuer and Acquirer Members •Migrations of merchants Preferred background and qualifications •Capability of understanding and evaluating technical information, IT systems and processes •Facilitating cooperation across different departments in Nets •Knowledge of the various Card Schemes (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, JCB, CUP, BSK etc.) •Project management and coordination skills •Communicate in written and spoken English on a high level •English at negotiation level – in writing and verbal Preferred personal qualities •Have a strong focus on documentation and procedures •Work structured and systematic •Strong sense of customer focus (internal/external) •Capable of working effectively and quality-conscious •Committed to deadlines and implementation dates •Possess analytical skills •Think and act proactive and customer-minded •Keep an holistic view •Able to work on many concurrently ongoing tasks without being stressed We can offer you •Competitive salary, pension and insurance schemes •Challenging tasks that contributes to both professional and personal growth and development •The opportunity to be part of a company recognised by growth, innovation and development •A thriving environment characterised by team play and informality •A variety of activities within sports, culture, and within the social arena Region: Region Hovedstaden Job type: Permanent Working hours: Full-time Working days: Day Application deadline: 05/02/2016 Expected Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Ballerup, Copenhagen Contacts: Mandy Ingrid Wirth Mobile: +45 29482213 Home page: http://www.nets.eu
