Digital User Experience Specialist to Customer Experience & Profiling in Savings & Wealth Offerings

Are you a passionate digital user experience specialist who enjoys making the complex simple and attractive? Do you want to make an impact on the lives of millions of people across Scandinavia by contributing to the development of Nordea’s future relationship bank through digital advisory solutions? Then we are looking for you. The position we offer You will join the Customer Experience team in a new position in Copenhagen as the team is growing. You will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction and loyalty by improving the relevance, ease of use and delight provided in the user interactions with our savings and investment services across digital platforms including web, internal applications, mobile and tablets. You will use your interaction design thinking to develop and communicate ideas for change into digital solutions to facilitate business development principles, and to communicate with IT developers, stakeholders, advisors and customers. In the process you will drive user research, wireframes and storyboards to the detailed UI and visual design. This will be developed together with product discovery teams, scrum teams, front-end IT developers and other colleagues in the Customer Experience team. You will be part of a development department of 60 people in Copenhagen. The Customer Experience team comprises 2 in Copenhagen and 1 in Stockholm. Our solutions are an area of strategic development focus now and in the coming years. The qualifications you need You have a bachelor’s degree within human computer interaction, digital design, e-business or a similar background. You are fascinated by and have at least 3 years of experience in developing digital applications based on a user-centred vision, balanced by what is organisationally and technically feasible and financially viable. It is a plus if you have experience in managing design deliveries from external agencies. We also expect that you are: -A strong visual designer and proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator -Proficient in relevant tools for creating and specifying GUI screen and interfaces, prototyping (Axure) and wire-framing programs to allow you to communicate your ideas visually through quick, digital mock-ups and rapid prototypes. -Fluent in English, both verbal and written. -A strong facilitator, presenter and communicator, both verbally and written. -Outgoing and a team player who can easily drive collaboration with business developers, UX practitioners, and IT developers. -Experienced with agile or lean UX development principles and you have practical experience with supporting multiple scrum teams. Your systematic approach to design ensures consistency, simplicity and fast development. You have experience in development projects in a cross-country, stakeholder heavy environment. Finally, it is a plus if you have good free-hand sketching skills.
