Then this role as Senior Business Process Expert in Carlsberg may be the right one for you. Carlsberg is looking for a business profile with experience in reconciliations and reporting of tax, excise duties and/or environmental fees to be part of the Finance team in Carlsberg Global Business Services. Your professional experience is coupled with hands on experience working in SAP, and you are thus familiar with the usability and extra opportunities that SAP (MM//ED) as a system can offer. The position is in Copenhagen and reports to the Business Process Director - Finance. 20 - 30 days of travelling within Europe should be expected. The role You will be working with business processes within the area of excise duties and environmental fees, which is an essential area for Carlsberg due to the nature of the business and materials used for production and packaging. Also, it is an area, where rules and legislation differ from country to country, and where you will be focusing on the local legal requirements. You will support directly with your knowledge or ask other internal or external subject matter experts to help in finding the right solutions for the business needs. You will ensure broad understanding and usage of the standard processes in Carlsberg and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will give input to defining the future finance data model and governance. As a business resource you will drive requirements assessment, documentation, cross-functional integration, test and end user training. The role offers an opportunity to use your functional knowledge in a new context, where you can use your skills in a business oriented specialist role, where solutions come through you, but others carry out the daily tasks. You will work together with local super users, finance managers and other relevant stakeholders in the business. The ideal candidate We are looking for a person with international experience in e.g. Excise Duties or Exports and Indirect Taxes. Your experience can be from consultancy, the Tax Authorities, a beverage company or an international logistics company dealing with the same complexities. You will have hands on experience with SAP, preferably as a super user. Furthermore you have: •Practical experience from working with and reporting of tax and excise duties •Super user experience with SAP MM/ED •Ability to analyse and define business requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources •Ability to transform requirements into a workable functional design •Understanding of data modelling principles, dimensions, characteristics, attributes, and key figures •Strong skills in English As a person, you are proactive in managing assigned activities, and able to make autonomous decisions within your area of responsibility. You are good at facilitating workshops and training sessions and have a network you can use for input on complex issues and discussions.
