About the Position

For our Operations Competence Center we are looking for an Business Process Manager to drive the operations processes according to the Integrated Management System across regions covering the world

What are my responsibilities?

  • Process Portfolio Management
  • Management of Service Operations Documents in the Document Management System and acting as a DMS coordinator supporting the Service Operations department end-users
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement of existing processes and documents
  • Representation of Service Operations in internal and external Audits
  • Workflow Management and Root-cause Analysis of non-conformances and findings, to establish and execute implementations plans.
  • Systematic Requirements Management and Management of Change Requests for both processes and IT applications
  • Management of internal projects or participation in cross functional projects
  • Facilitation of process workshops


Up to 30 days of travel activities per year must be expected.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • You have an academic background and 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally from the wind or offshore industry
  • You demonstrate an experience in document management and process management, and the ability to communicate and interact with colleagues and collaborators at all levels in a large, complex and global organization
  • You probably have Six Sigma or Lean experience
  • You have a systematic way of working
  • You are pragmatic and self-driven with the drive to continuously create results and innovative solutions
  • You can demonstrate extensive results with stakeholder management, possibly acquired through your time as a project manager
  • You are user at advanced level in Microsoft Office applications
  • You have excellent English skills - orally as well as in writing
