You’llbe part of the growing marketing team who are pushing the envelope in a fast moving, fast growing e-commerce business. You will continually be learning and testing new ideas for the the sake of curiosity and to see to what level the team can take marketing.

Though we tend to be fast moving, we work seriously to build long-lasting awareness, relationships and brands..

 

We are

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With 5000 products and 12 brands, we help customers in 24 countries and 18 languages. We're a fast growing E-commerce company, and the last 3 years growth has been +100% per year and we've grown from just 3 employees to 35 today. In 2017 we were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

Tasks

• Work as part of the marketing team to deliver consistent experiences across channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns at the tactical level, and take part in developing the underlying strategies.
• Nurture leads from paid social campaigns.
• Sustain conversations over time to keep Trendhim top-of-mind.
• Write and schedule organic posts and engagement on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest (at least).
• Communicate on-brand from both Trendhim and each of our house brands.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage the community around the Trendhim brand and our house brands.
• First level conversational engagement on social channels.
• Monitor conversation trends and sentiment - get the big picture, and make sure Trendhim is present as needed.
• Work with in-market customer supporters to deliver excellent service via social channels.
• Work with marketing team to identify potential avenues for paid media.
• Leverage each channel to it's potential - whether that's for employee branding, customer support, nurturing community, or generating traffic and leads.
• Optimise everything social - with a strong focus on metrics that matter.

 

Traits

• A knack for understanding how people feel, and what they want.
• Good understanding of how communities form, grow and function.
• You have a natural feel for the dynamics possible between business and consumer on different platforms.
• You don't have to be a designer, but you can tell the difference between great and average. You don't go for average.
• You're uncommonly creative with words, and can write posts that move people.
• You write English like a native.
• Experience with social media scheduling software is a plus
• Experience managing conversations at scale is a plus
• You know how to manage your time to make sure that you both produce and engage.
