Join the Business Intelligence Department You will become part of the Global Business Intelligence Department in Strategic Finance located in Billund. We strive to be a valued business partner within key decision processes globally. We do so by providing standardised and timely consumer sales reporting that drives insight based actions and decisions. Business Intelligence is accountable for global consumer sales reporting in close cooperation with the regions. We are also the global link between IT and the business, supporting 3 SAP BW systems reporting-wise. As our new Business Analyst, you will take on a key role in the process of generating and consolidating global performance reporting and provide global insights and conclusions from available data to enable quick and efficient decision making. Be a valued business partner within the global Business Intelligence network As Business Analyst, you will provide standard reports and analysis containing accurate data and strong insights. You also create and maintain a reporting backbone applying standardised structures to assure a consistent and valid data foundation for the standard reports. Furthermore you support the markets in the monthly process of estimating our full market consumer sales performance. Your focus will be double. On one side your strong skills in Excel and SAP BW will be needed when supporting the markets in the reporting processes. On the other side your business insights will help you provide solid conclusions in our global consolidated reporting. You will be responsible for the governance of global processes within consumer sales reporting and novelty performance tracking, which - in combination with the role as project manager of the yearly Consumer sales audit - will give you a broad network across the global LEGO Markets. Your challenge will be to quickly gain the business understanding needed and prioritise your many requests from around the organisation. This is important, as you will support, challenge and handle several stakeholders who each have their specific wishes. Motivated Analyst with strong communication skills You have a MSc. degree within Business Intelligence, Business or Economics and 3+ years of experience from a similar job with a strong focus on cross-cultural collaboration. Additionally, you have solid IT skills - especially within Excel and SAP BW. You have a keen interest in interpreting numbers and are able to think analytically as well as stay focused when dealing with large data sets. You speak and write English fluently. On a personal level, you are reliable, able to prioritise your time and good at keeping deadlines. Your communication skills are impeccable, and you are able to cooperate with people on all levels within the organisation.
