Job ID: 231471 Location: Vejle Organization: Siemens in Denmark – Siemens Wind Power – http://www.siemens.com/windpower Mode of employment: Full time We are looking for a Cluster Manager for the cluster Sales and Project Management within Wind Power. The role involves taking on governance ownership for the IT landscape within this cluster in close collaboration with the IT department in Denmark. The focus of the role would be to consolidate these tools into Siemens standard tools e.g. SAP. The Wind Governance Organization provides governance in order to assure highly effective business processes, data and related tools across all sites and interfacing organizations, utilizing and improving the required IT system landscape. This includes the definition of a target enterprise architecture, the derivation of the related roadmap and the execution of projects defined on the roadmap. The person we are looking for would bring a business perspective to this role, but be able to work closely with the IT department to define the requirements What are my responsibilities? You will design, implement, monitor and govern the IT landscape within the process cluster Sales and Project Execution Managing all changes affecting the IT landscape within the process cluster is part of your new role You will coordinate training documentation and catalogues Designing, implementing and governing designated process measurements is part of your area of responsibility Furthermore, you’ll be responsible for participating in the key user communities, demonstrating close work relations, knowledge sharing and communication with relevant operative and governance functions Additionally, you will consolidate change management related activities when implementing new processes and IT tools What do I need to qualify for this job? You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent You gained several years of experience in Sales, Project Execution and business IT set-up from a similar industry Besides, you have a profound cross-functional understanding of business process management on a global scale Project management, governance, mentor, change management on an advanced level is required You are able to interact with all levels of people to deliver results in an international culture environment You are fully skilled with relevant IT-applications (Primavera, SAP, Teamcenter, Philos) Additionally, you are used to methods of continual improvement (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) Finally, you are business fluent in English both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
