Tasks & responsibilities: You will...

...play a significant part in MHI Vestas' expansion to the US where you will create "Road Map for US project" and identify synergies of other potential US projects. You will obtain not only lessons learnt but also bring together the challenges from other MHI Vestas departments and build strong relationships with key US stakeholders. You will support the Projects department with various business analysis and business cases to optimise the business in relation to cost controlling. Furthermore, one of your main responsibilities will be to prepare presentations, relevant business cases and business analysis and present these to the Project Director.

You will also be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain Road Maps for US projects and projects that include floating technology
• Be the expert in performing deep dives into various parts of the contracts to identify gaps and potential upsides (time, cost, quality, etc.) during all phases of the TSA
• Perform business analysis and business cases in the Construction Project Management department
• Identify, stream line and improve the information flow from Construction Sales Support and the Technical Marine Support areas to Projects during the early phases of the projects
• Perform benchmarking towards relevant former projects
• Assist stakeholders in Project Management to drive optimisation initiatives with business cases and analysis

Skills & experience: Our new colleague...

You have experience with project management and have excellent stakeholder management skills enabling you to build strong and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. As a person, you are analytical, structured and pay attention to detail, and you have a high personal drive and engagement.

• Hold a HD, master's degree in economics or similar
• Can prioritise your tasks, focus on quality and meet deadlines
• Are committed to improvements
• Are pro-active and self-driven
• Are a highly-skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Have excellent communication and English skills
