- Finance & Auditing - Denmark - Bagsværd Would you like to support the growing global R&D organisation and be responsible for financial management of the late-stage R&D projects in Novo Nordisk pipeline? About the department R&D Finance is part of Corporate Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the R&D organisation and the R&D projects. In R&D Finance you will be part of a young and highly ambitious team consisting of 16 dedicated employees. Our overall aim is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. To do this we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders at Senior Vice President level and their teams across the organisation. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving challenging responsibility to individuals. The position As finance partner you will be responsible for the financial management of the development projects that will secure the long-term growth of Novo Nordisk. This is done in close collaboration with the Global Project Teams managing all financial aspects of the development projects. You will be responsible for the financial planning, provide senior management reporting and create the financial basis for decision making. In this role you will gain a strong finance toolbox, get a deep understanding of the R&D organisation, interact with stakeholder across the organisation globally and get insights to the strategic priorities in R&D. Furthermore, in order to optimise the financial processes and influence the development in R&D Finance you will be involved in various projects as well as prepare ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in both the R&D organisation and in Corporate Finance. Qualifications The person we are looking for holds a master degree in business administration or economics with excellent results. You have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of systems and structures. You have the ability to secure quality in the details while still keeping the overview of your deliverables. Furthermore, it is important that you can communicate clear and precise with people at all levels in the organisation and that you have good collaboration skills.
