We currently have the vacancy for Mobile Wireless Engineers. Job description: You will be responsible for Product/Solutions and the After-sales Technical Support in the field of wireless Networking, either 2G/3G or 4G. You will support our customers in all technical aspects and improve the relationship to our main Service Provider accounts. You will be responsible for all the post-sale support of wireless products in Denmark market. Responsibilities:. •Project implementation, provide the support to swap existing equipments to Huawei in OMC. •Mainly responsible for 2G/3G/4G commissioning and integration, troubleshooting and alarm clearance during & after swap, transfer the site from engineering to operation team. •Level 1/Level 2 technical support service to the customers independently or jointly with a technical support team. •Provide training to Installation&Commissioning subcontractors, spare parts management and coordination to on-site subcontractors, support to on-site swap team for technical issues. Qualifications: •University degree in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering. •Better to have the good knowledge and understanding of at least one or more of the following products and solutions: wireless network including GSM/UMTS/LTE. •With the related work experience on 2G, 3G and even 4G is preferred. •Fluent in English is mandatory, ability to speak Dannish is preferred. •Driving license is an advantage.
