Affenium was founded and is run by former top-tier management consultants with daily operations and deployment of new products and services being carried out by specialists and students. We are highly international with customers based in 20 countries – and you can be part of this integrated team!

The job

As an Associate on the Affenium Team you will take lead on day-to-day member management and help to plan and execute our portfolio of new development projects for the network and for the Problem Solving training business. You will:

 

• Engage directly with Affenium members and assist them in their leadership roles from small startups to large global organizations.
• Take the lead role and ultimate responsibility for specific tasks, driving and balancing your own work steams independently and delegating sub-tasks to other team members and vice versa.
• Managing and executing short term tasks whilst also planning and executing long term projects.
• Work on all aspects of the execution of our products and services to the highest possible standards for the members of Affenium.
• Contribute to the development of the thriving Problem Solving training business by, for example, assisting with planning and logistics, creating and developing course materials, communicating with potential and existing clients and promoting the training on social media.
• Work 20 hours per week at our office in Central Copenhagen, with the flexibility to fit your working hours around your schedule. The position can also be covered as a full-time position or internship.
