We offer a challenging role where you ensure an optimal control, visibility and alignment for all Application Technology projects and taskforces where Application Technology have the responsibility for SAP technology, Access Management, Release and Change Management, Global Integration and RICEFW development and support. As Application Technology Project Manager you collect, organize, plan, animate and communicate the roadmap of projects and taskforces in Application Technology. Furthermore, you ensure the alignment and coordination with the other departments in Carlsberg Global Business Services. The job You will be responsible for planning and driving varies project and taskforce initiatives of technical nature within the Application Technology area. Application Technology have the responsibility for SAP technology, Access Management, Release and Change Management, Global Integration and RICEFW development and support. Within project management your tasks and responsibilities are to: •Provide an overall view of all projects initiated by Application Technology and impacting Application Technology •Create and communicate dashboard and status reports based on input given by the different Project Managers and team leads •Ensure coordination and alignment with other departments such as Infrastructure, PMO and Enterprise Architects •Ensure consistency between projects in the plan •Resolve issues and escalate as needed in order to maintain project objectives •Animate status meetings and steering committees in the scope Within taskforce management and Change Request related Application Technology activities your tasks and responsibilities are to: •Act as point of contact for taskforces and Change Requests related Application Technology activities with Application Development and Finance department •Manage the workload in alignment with resource capacity •Coordinate and follow-up on the activities delivered by taskforce on a weekly basis •Ensure quality of delivery and updates in tools •Report on taskforce delivery and progress For both areas your tasks and responsibilities are to: •Ensure Coordination of projects / Change Requests into the release and service window planning •Manage dependencies between Application Technology projects/Change Requests and other projects You will work out of the Global HQ in Copenhagen, where Application Technology is situated. You should expect 20-30 travel days yearly. The Profile We are looking for you, who can link business and IT based on your strong skills in understanding the technical part (i.e. SAP Basis and System upgrade and performance) and you combine your technical skills with your project management experience – optimizing performance as part of your project manager role. Your skills and profile include: •Experience in IT tools in relation to design, administration/configuration in technical areas like SAP Basis, integration architecture, Microsoft technical services, databases and change management •Ability to interact with different organizational levels and cultures as well as stakeholders/decision makers •Ability to plan and structure activities and to execute according to plan •Good communicative skills – including English on a high level •Structured and professional in approach to tasks at hand •Innovative and disciplined and service minded •Ability to maintain breadth of view of complex operations •Ability to draw lines and pinpoint the broader context of business impact caused by releases to the IT environment Carlsberg Global Business Services is the global provider of
