We are expanding our agile mindset to be the best provider of Payment Instruments in the Nordics. We need a passionate and inspiring coach in Financial & Network Services to drive and support our acceleration.
Financial & Network Services (FNS) is offering solutions in Nordic & Baltic within Processing, Risk Management and Consumer Management Services.
We offer you an important role, leading role, in not just the team, but working across Nets and the FNS business unit.

You will be part of the full flow from support of managers in agile ways of leading to coaching of teams. You will help start up an agile coaching community within FNS and together continue to inspire agile ways of working. You will be part of designing a workflow that supports agile ways of working.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
• Driving the agile acceleration.
• Supporting and coaching our internal frontrunners “Agile Champions”.
• Create transparency on the progress of the agile acceleration.
• Promote sharing and teach agile courses.
• Agile/Scrum product ownership.

Your professional qualifications include:
• Hands on experience with Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master/Product Owner
• Experience from working in cross domain scaled agile environment for example using LESS or SAFe
• Project management/ experience leading change
• Understanding people as well as process and how to get things implemented
• Hands on experience with coaching/training
• Technical Background
• Strong English communication both written and verbal.
